Shipping Information
We ship LPs in oversize LP mailers using the United States Postal Service. We provide tracking numbers which are available through your paypal order confirmation. In the US, orders will be shipped by Media Mail without insurance. International orders will be shipped First Class without insurance. If you would like to add shipping insurance or upgrade to Priority Mail (with included insurance) for US customers, please add these options from the shipping upgrades menu. Otherwise, any damage caused by the postal service is not our responsibility. This is a very rare occurrence, but it does occasionally happen.
Media Mail tracking information is not always robust; shipment information is sometimes updated in the system just prior to delivery or, in rare cases, even after delivery. Oversized bubble mailers can also be added to your order from the shipping upgrades menu if you are concerned about shipping damages and would like additional protection.
